I need your help

Ok, this may seem pointless, but i need your help. As you can tell, i haven't posted much lately. That's because i'm having some really shitty computer problems and i'm in the middle of getting a new one. Anyhow, in my spare time i've been working on my many projects (ok, i do that when i'm not hooked on Mario Kart DS) and something hit me.

I really dislike how my main site turned out.

Well, i like the idea and some of the execution, but a lot of it was thrown together without much care. So i'm going to redo it, and this time, i'm only launching when everything is ready (shoutouts especially, since it's the #1 requested rig over there).

Now, my question to you: should i start with a whole new design or update and improve the old one? I'm pretty partial to the one i have. I'd love to improve it. But i also have some other ideas. I just can't make up my mind. I just think the one i have now works and so much can be done with the idea.
